Have you chipped your wood floor? Try this out: Heat up an iron, saturate a rag with water, then lay the damp cloth over the chipped area. Wait a minute, then cautiously move the iron in tiny circles around the chipped spot. Take the iron off and check on how the dent looks. Do this process over until the wood is swollen back in place and the floor surface is even again. Once this is done, sand it smooth and do what it takes to touch the finish up.
